Synopsis: 13 Game

Amamiya Kota planned on asking out his crush, Misora Hiyori, on his seventeenth birthday. A devastating car accident kills him, but he is miraculously brought back to life on a time limit. Kota is then forced into a ruthless competition named the 13 Game. Like himself, those who were intended to pass away are given the choice to locate and eliminate 13 other players, or accept death's embrace. Handlers, enigmatic beings with unusual powers, manage the contestants as if they were mere characters in a video game. Kota's personal handler, the cryptic Merume, discloses that similar players with unique abilities exist nationwide, necessary for the participants to succeed. Kota, gifted with demon hands ability inspired by his previous interest in magic tricks, must participate against his will if he wants to extend his life past one year.
