Synopsis: 35-sai no Sentaku ~Isekai Tenshou o Eranda Baai~

Daikichi Maekawa is an ordinary businessman, and his last night at the age of 34 should go by as usual, and the morning of his 35th year should arrive. However, an old man claiming to be his ancestor suddenly appears at his bedside and tells him that he has three choices to make about how he will live his life. After much deliberation, Daikichi chooses to live in an alternate world of swords and magic!
