Synopsis: Area 88

Shin Kazama, a pilot for an airline, was on the brink of tying the knot with Ryoko Tsugumo, the daughter of Yamato Airlines' CEO. However, his former best friend, Satoru Kanzaki, conned him into signing a contract that committed him to work as a pilot for the Kingdom of Asran. This resulted in Shin being stationed in Area 88, the nation's headquarters in the Middle East. Shin's options for returning to Japan were limited to three possibilities: serving for three years in the air force, collecting $1.5 million, or escaping from the base, which could potentially result in his death.
