Synopsis: Blade of the Immortal - Bakumatsu Arc

Taking place during the Bakumatsu period in the 1800s, the follow-up to Blade of the Immortal resumes where the preceding narrative concluded. Manji, the lead character, is living alone in the Tosa region when he is summoned to undertake a mission to the capital. During his travels, he must confront the most skilled fighters of the era.
