Synopsis: Breath of Fire - Ryuu no Senshi

In the past, a great dragon war almost brought about the destruction of the world. Luckily, the war ended before it was too late, but the dragons recognized the harmful effects of their powers and decided to seal them away to protect the land. Centuries have passed and now the malevolent dark dragons have resurfaced. They have been granted their ancient powers once again, thanks to the intervention of a mysterious goddess, and are determined to rule the world. Their first target was Dragnier, the home of the benevolent light dragons. The village was left in ruins, but thanks to the bravery of a dragon maiden named Sara, who petrified everyone to shield them from the inferno, the townspeople survived. After the battle, the village was in shambles, and Sara was nowhere to be found. Her younger brother Ryu was determined to stop the dark dragons' evil plan and find his sister. Thus began a journey to become a new dragon warrior and save their world.
