Synopsis: Can I Accept Your Proposal From All Those Years Ago?

In his younger years, Itsuki Usawa frequently looked after his junior neighbor Yui Kameyama. In fact, Yui had even proclaimed in elementary school that she would grow up to marry Itsuki.
