Synopsis: Chairudo

Chairudo are individuals who retain childlike qualities throughout their lives and possess unique supernatural abilities, referred to as powers. Among these powers are firestarting abilities. Despite his unimpressive appearance, the protagonist Hinagata Heiji possesses an extraordinary gift - the ability to animate inanimate objects by simply exposing them to his blood. He travels from place to place, posing as a child and periodically enrolling in schools. As with all Chairudo, Heiji has his own territory, and disputes between different groups, particularly over females, are common occurrences.
