Synopsis: Choi Princess

Upon moving into an antiquated apartment building with intentions of living independently, a boy unexpectedly encounters a girl garbed in a maid uniform who has already taken up residence. It quickly becomes clear that she is the infamous Zashiki Warashi inhabiting the room, as her volatile temperament promptly manifests.
