Synopsis: Chronicle of the Searing Winds of Tianzhu

The manga depicts a fictionalized retelling of the real-life journey made by Wang Xuance, a Tang Chinese diplomat, during the 7th century CE. The plot centers on his mission to the Empire of Harsha in India, where he faces hostility from an ailing ruler. Forced to flee to Tibet, Wang gathers an army comprised of Tang, Nepalese, and Tibetan warriors, with the goal of launching an attack on the Empire of Harsha.
