Synopsis: Circumstances of a (Temporary) Bride

Ferdia's overwhelming thirst for wealth overshadows all else, even though she understands the hardships of poverty from her upbringing in an orphanage. Despite the arduous work required to earn money, she relentlessly pursues various sources of income, including serving as Princess Sirene's body double due to the princess's fragile health that prevents her from leaving her chambers. Because of Sirene's precarious condition and her role in maintaining political stability, Ferdia must wed Clovis Kulwach Erlant, the infamous and feared 'Poisonous Dragon Prince' and third prince of Erlant. Rumors of his malicious intentions and his terrifying title have spread rapidly, causing fear among those who hear it. Upon her arrival, Clovis threatens her life and confines her in her room. However, undaunted by his actions, Ferdia escapes wearing a maid's uniform, only to discover a surprising truth about Clovis that contradicts everything she knew about him. Despite this revelation, Ferdia remains uncompromising in her endeavor to achieve her ultimate goal – divorcing Clovis and acquiring a significant sum of money, disregarding the rumors that surround him.
