Synopsis: Dance in the Vampire Bund

After hiding for centuries, Mina Tepes, the Princess of the ancient covenant and leader of vampires, emerges with a drive to bring change. With her family's wealth, she clears Japan's national debt and gains unprecedented power to establish a protected "special district" off the coast as a sanctuary for vampires.
