Synopsis: Despair Memory Gundam Sequel

Seven hundred years ago, the Great War in the Earth Sphere eradicated half of humanity. Newtypes, evolved humans who manned Gundams, powerful weapons that were revered as god-like protectors, helped end the war. Despite this, the Earth government deemed them and their weapons a threat. After the war, the Newtypes were exiled to the space colony Cocytus, which was then filled with gas that killed its 10 million inhabitants before being jettisoned out of Earth's orbit. Unbeknownst to the Earth government, several residents of Cocytus survived the attack and established a new civilization in the colony as it drifted through deep space. Today, Bloody Kaoris, the notorious assassin, is captured and sentenced to a public execution in the Imperial City of Gun Dorado. However, the authorities are unaware of her true intentions.
