Synopsis: Dopeman

"This is D-Unit, the Special Investigation Department. Surrender your Icarus and cease your superhuman activities!" In Japan, narcotics have been legalized, including the new drug Icarus that has given some users supernatural abilities. These users, known as dopemen, pose a threat to society, and D-Unit has been formed to combat them. However, even the members of D-Unit are dopemen themselves. This sets the stage for an intense battle featuring superhuman doping.
