Synopsis: Dou Nanyo!?

Satomi oversleeps one morning and rushes to school, colliding with Keshi in the process. They realize that their bodies have been swapped when they gaze into each other's eyes. As Satomi struggles to adjust to Keshi's life, Keshi must find a way to live as Satomi. The situation becomes more complicated when Mariko, Satomi's best friend, confesses her love for Naoshige to Keshi, who is now in Satomi's body and cannot handle the situation. Apart from the main story, the book also contains two other tales. "Mushibana" is about HIRAI Yuka, who hopes to make friends and find love in high school but suffers from severe toothache, jeopardizing her chances. Yuka meets Yuuki Yuuta-kun, a bishounen, at the dentist, and her luck seems to turn around. In "Tomodachi Sando," a group of friends bond over making sandwiches and share their deepest thoughts and feelings with each other.
