Synopsis: E's

A member of the Ashurum, an exclusive group of psychics, Kai Kudou's mission is to apprehend unregistered illegal psychics scattered in the city of Gald. Yet, Kai veers off from his team's path and finds himself under the care of a peculiar handyman named Yuuki Tokugawa, who is aiding the guerilla force opposing the Ashurum. While in the company of Yuuki and his enigmatic sister Asuka, Kai questions the intentions of the Ashurum. Are they safeguarding the psychics or manipulating them for their benefit?
