Synopsis: Ecstas Online

This tale centers around Kakeru Doumeguri, the main character who occupies the bottom rung of his school's social hierarchy. Following a significant event, Kakeru transforms into the Dark Lord Helschaft in the virtual game "Exodia Exodus." Despite his dramatic change, Kakeru maintains the ability to shape-shift into his human form at will. For a considerable period, Kakeru has harbored feelings for Ririko Asagiri, who, along with her classmates, is stuck in the game. Their primary objective is to defeat Helschaft and escape back into the real world. However, the stakes are high, since everyone's very existence is put at risk if Helschaft is vanquished, leading to conflict between Kakeru/Helschaft and the rest of his group. Two other personalities, Shuuko Aikawa, Kakeru's boss, and a dedicated servant to Helschaft inside the game, and Non Shizukuishi, a direct and poised girl who is curious about Helschaft, also factor into the story.
