Synopsis: Elegant Yokai Apartment Life

Inaba Yuushi experienced the loss of his parents during his first year of middle school and subsequently moved in with his relatives. Although they did care for him, he felt like a burden. After graduating, he eagerly prepared to relocate to a high school with a dormitory. Unfortunately, before he could move in, the dormitory was consumed by flames! Yuushi is reluctant to live with his unwelcoming relatives, but as an orphaned student with limited funds, finding accommodation is challenging. Eventually, he discovers a room in an appealing old building that seems almost too good to be true. The twist is that it is a Monster House, a residence where humans coexist with supernatural beings—ghosts, mononoke, and others. A fellow high school student named Akine also resides there, and she remains completely untroubled by the monsters. In fact, she possesses the ability to exorcise evil spirits! Yuushi's high school experience has taken a turn for the bizarre, exceeding anything he could have anticipated!
