Synopsis: Fake Nephew

Max is an ordinary pizza delivery guy — shy, a little awkward, and secretly in love for the past six months with one of his regular customers. Anya is a beautiful, kind, and always cheerful forty-year-old woman, but behind her warm smile lies a life inside a gilded cage: her husband Viktor, a powerful crime boss, is pathologically jealous and barely lets her leave the house. One night, Max delivers an order in the middle of a torrential downpour and ends up completely soaked. Feeling sorry for him, Anya invites him inside to take a shower while his clothes dry. That’s the exact moment everything goes off the rails — Viktor comes home early. Caught in a stranger’s apartment with no uniform and no explanation, Max completely freezes up. To save them both, Anya improvises on the spot, introducing him as her nephew visiting from overseas. To Max’s horror, Viktor doesn’t just believe it — he’s thrilled. The sentimental gangster has dreamed of having a son his entire life and instantly “adopts” the guy: taking him to the bathhouse with his crew, teaching him how to “be a man,” and introducing him to his criminal empire. Now Max is living a double life: delivering pizzas by day, playing the role of the city’s most feared mobster’s beloved nephew by night — all under the same roof as the woman he loves and cannot touch. One wrong glance, one phone call from the real nephew, one neighbor recognizing him — and it will all end very badly.
