Synopsis: Fiancée of the Wizard
In a magical and fantastical medieval society, Philomena Adina, a young noble girl, has memories of her modern-day life in Japan. Despite this realization, she remains an ordinary girl with no extraordinary abilities. Yet, there are others in the society who possess remarkable powers - those who can wield magic. A popular belief is that the darker one's hair, the more impactful their magic can be. Egiedilus "Edi" von Ransent instills fear in the hearts of others due to his jet-black hair. His parents were no exception and chose to lock him away in darkness. Years of confinement plague his childhood until a high-ranking magician saves him and becomes his "father". Though Edi's living conditions improve, he is still an outcast of society. Only one person, Philomena, his childhood friend, shows genuine concern for him. As children, Philomena and Edi share a unique bond, but a tragic incident involving Edi's magic scars Philomena permanently. This event led to Edi's enrollment in the magic academy. Before departing, the two pledge their undying love, becoming engaged and forever intertwining their destinies.
