Synopsis: Fire Emblem: Hasha no Tsurugi

Centuries ago, Elibe was ravaged by a bitter war called the Scouring, where humans battled menacing dragons. The dragons were subsequently banished to an alternate realm. But now, Zephiel, ruler of the Kingdom of Bern, wages a new war to conquer all of Elibe. Al, a daring young boy, resides in Lycia's mountains with his skilled blacksmith father. On a whim, he takes off on a journey to explore the world. He stumbles upon a town occupied by Bern's troops where he meets Gant, a knight who serves the princess of Tania and Bern's royal family. Al and Gant form an alliance to rid the town of enemies and flee. Gant recognizes Al's sword as a relic from the Scouring era, a gift from his father. It could have a tie to the Fire Emblem, an item that can end dragons. To find the Emblem, Al must first free Princess Tiena.
