Synopsis: Freezing

The tale is set in a slightly futuristic world where the Earth is at war with an alien race from another dimension dubbed the Nova. Our protagonist is Kazuya Aoi, a Japanese boy who enrolls in a specialized school for genetically modified girls called Pandoras, along with their partners called Limiters. Pandoras use their enhanced powers to battle the aliens while Limiters utilize their special skill dubbed "freezing" to halt their opponents' movements. Kazuya strikes up a friendship with an older girl named Satellizer el Bridget, who is the strongest Pandora in her class but has yet to choose a Limiter. Defying his friends' warnings, he elects to be her Limiter.
