Synopsis: Girl in the Birdcage

새장의 소녀 Yeonkwang Arts High School makes a clear distinction between the talented and the mediocre. The talented receive full benefits of the Gifted and Talented program—funding, training, opportunities to participate in exclusive art contests—while the mediocre are left to fend for themselves in the hopes that they, too, can one day make it into the prestigious program. Talent equals power in this competitive school, but when Chung-eun, a G/T student, falls for Yumi, a non-G/T student, the tables are turned. While Chung-eun is blinded by Yumi’s charms, Yumi’s got a hidden agenda.
