Synopsis: Glass no Kamen

"The Crimson Goddess," a lost masterpiece play that many desire to witness being revived, is under the ownership of Chigusa Tsukikage. Despite this, Tsukikage refuses to allow the treasured work to be disgraced by an unsuitable actress in the lead role. Luckily, she has discovered two potential actresses who may just measure up: Maya Kitajima and Ayumi Himekawa. Although both actresses exhibit exceptional talent, just one will be granted the esteemed part.
