Synopsis: Hatshepsut: The One and Only Female Pharaoh in an Ancient Egyptian Dynasty

Hatshepsut - Set in ancient Egypt in 1511 B.C., the story follows two sisters, Menou and Seshen, who are welcomed into the pharaoh's family for their remarkable ability to heal. It is there that they meet Hatshepsut, the striking and gender-fluid daughter of the ruler, who is rumored to be better suited for leadership than her husband. Amidst their new surroundings, Seshen and Hatshepsut form a bond that Menou envies. Hatshepsut II - This tale explores the formative years of Hatshepsut's adolescence, as she transforms from a rambunctious tomboy to a young woman with resolute aspirations of becoming pharaoh.
