It is there that they meet Hatshepsut, the striking and gender-fluid daughter of the ruler, who is rumored to be better suited for leadership than her husband. Amidst their new surroundings, Seshen and Hatshepsut form a bond that Menou envies. Hatshepsut II - This tale explores the formative years of Hatshepsut's adolescence, as she transforms from a rambunctious tomboy to a young woman with resolute aspirations of becoming pharaoh.
