Synopsis: Heika, Kokoro no Koe ga Dadamore desu!

Despite the villainous reputation of the "Ice Emperor," his heart's sweet voice contradicts his harsh words when it comes to marriage with the Princess of the Southern Kingdom, Tistye. Being able to read people's hearts, she ties the knot with Gaizel, the ruler of the notoriously cruel Northern Kingdom.
