Synopsis: Hell's Boat 136

The setting for this tale is a bleak reality where a pandemic has exacerbated the societal divide between the wealthy elite and impoverished masses. Living in this dystopia is Isamu Kouyama - a penniless lad who has recently secured a job, albeit with arduous conditions. When he narrowly avoided being robbed of his paycheck, Isamu resolved to acquire self-defense skills. Fueled by this desire, he confided in Le Anh Cong - an erstwhile colleague and foreign technical intern trainee - and began mastering the traditional Vietnamese martial art of Vovinam. Subsequently, Isamu's brother-in-law, Koji Iwanami, was wrongfully accused of a crime and sought his assistance to clear his name.
