Synopsis: Hero Waltz

Sung-tae participates in a confidential government project aimed at creating formidable "Heroes" for national defense, and as a result, he willingly tolerates bullying at school. To prevent arousing the government's suspicion, he adopts a submissive attitude and stays away from the public eye.
