Synopsis: Hokenshitsu no Tsumuri-san

The person in charge of the high school's infirmary is Tsumuri Katakura, who also happens to be the one who avails its services the most. Due to her delicate health, she regularly exhausts herself or passes out while carrying out her daily duties. Moreover, Tsumuri tends to be forgetful and indolent, spending most of the time in the infirmary's bed munching on snacks and playing games. Luckily, her younger sibling, Kouta, who is a student at the school, is always there to aid his sister and rescue her from the harsh realities of growing up.
