Synopsis: Hummingbird Effect

The recipient of Bomtoon's BL & GL Competition, tells the tale of an enigmatic event that took place a few generations back. Humans currently expire after 1.5 billion heartbeats, which is half of the rate they used to have. Educational institutions teach pupils how to regulate their sentiments and administer heart rate examinations on a regular basis. No one may surpass the weekly limit allocated to them. Despite the limitation, two girls elect to experience affection in this world.
