Synopsis: Hungry Marie

Legend has it that a girl's ghost haunts an old Catholic church belonging to the Sagimiya family. The family has a fierce rivalry with the Bijogi family, who owns a Taoist temple next door. Caught in the middle is Bijogi Taiga, who has been infatuated with Sagimiya Anna, the priest's reserved daughter, since childhood. Taiga is unaware that the Sagimiya family is involved in unorthodox activities, including an attempt to resurrect Marie-Thérèse Charlotte, the daughter of the late French queen Marie Antoinette infamous for her insatiable appetite. When Taiga discovers the truth, he is coerced into becoming a human sacrifice. However, he confesses his love for Anna shortly before the ritual, and lightning strikes him. He miraculously survives but in a slightly different, more feminine body with blonde hair. This story is a one-shot included in Volume 4: Tiger-ani to Dragon (Tiger Dragon Brothers).
