Synopsis: I Am Here!

Hikage Sumino has had to battle social anxiety and low self-esteem her entire life, which has resulted in her being overlooked by others. She works tirelessly in her first year of middle school to make friends, but her attempts fall short. The only things that provide her comfort are her solitary flower and her blog, "1 Centimeter of Happiness," which only garners two readers. Even though her blog visitors are few, the supportive comments she receives bring her peace. One day, Hinata Mutou and Teru Mikami, two of the most popular boys, unexpectedly acknowledge her and recall her name. Hikage is bewildered by the turn of events and shares her experience on her blog. One of her regular readers responds with encouraging feedback, inspiring Hikage to boost her confidence and create positive changes in her life.
