Synopsis: Idol wa xxxx Nante Shimasen!

Soujirou Yagi (23), an average individual in today's society without any notable traits, finds himself mired in the struggles of job-hunting failures, but he believes he has discovered hope when he receives an offer to become an esteemed Idol Manager. However, it quickly becomes clear that his new role is far from the simple, glamorous, and sparkling life of Idol Management he envisioned, as the two girls under his supervision both harbor their own overwhelming and frightening issues. Faced with one girl who is beyond his control and another who lacks any self-control, Soujirou Yagi (23), the unremarkable Idol Manager, arrives at the harsh and undeniable conclusion that for the three of them to attain even a semblance of success, there are certain things that idols unequivocally cannot do.
