Synopsis: I’m Cute Enough to Get Away with It!

Yoruhiko, a 16-year-old boy, is faced with a daunting task after his twin sister Akane falls into a coma following a dreadful accident. He is determined to maintain her impeccable attendance record at an all-girls boarding school. However, there is a catch - he must pose as Akane.
