Synopsis: Joeui Papyeon

After receiving a puzzling phone call, a group of five individuals convene in an empty hospital. Little do they know, the puppeteer behind the scenes has taken their loved ones hostage. Unless they can identify the sole wrongdoer responsible for his brother's death, they will meet their demise.
