Synopsis: Junkoku no Alpha: Omega Versailles
The onset of the French Revolution marked a pivotal moment in history as it resulted in the sentencing of numerous citizens to the guillotine while simultaneously spreading the democratization movement to other nations worldwide. Nonetheless, during the 18th century, France operated as a society that was divided into three hierarchical levels: the α (alpha), β (beta), and Ω (omega) classes, wherein the monarchy, nobility, and commoners were segregated. Within this context, King Louis XVI was referred to as the "dim-witted α," while Queen Marie Antoinette, who entered the marital union as a result of a political arrangement with a neighboring nation, was deemed the "lustful Ω." Furthermore, a vengeful girl harboring animosity toward the royal family created a web of deceit and vendetta, inducing a revolutionary storm that swept over France.
