Shikayama, a male high school student, tends to maintain a safe distance from his peers. He doesn't have any companions or significant other, however, he follows a strict routine of returning home before dusk. This is because during the day he presents himself as a male, while at night he assumes the identity of a female. Who will this young student, living a double life, end up falling for?
