Synopsis: Kirishima Academy Student Council Executive Board

This young adult story is set in the student council of an all-girls school, where the girls work for "freedom and hope." Hiyori Ugaki, a first-year junior high school student, is troubled by a strange man who gets involved with her on the morning train. Hiyori is supposed to like school, but recently she has been feeling uneasy about leaving her house.
