The newly arrived Ryuu is a business-savvy transfer student hailing from England, boasting striking black hair and captivating blue eyes. At the Tanabata festival, Ryuu and Yukino's eyes met and sparks flew instantaneously. In a bold move, Ryuu proclaimed Yukino as his own.
