Synopsis: Koisuru Ryuu no Shima

Nishino, a high school graduate, had been working part-time jobs to cover the medical expenses of his sister when he encounters "destiny". Byakuya, a legendary dragon of immense power with white hair, abducts Nishino, disrobes him, and gives him a mind-blowing sexual experience. Byakuya agrees to pay for Nishino's sister's medical care but, in exchange, Nishino must stay with him, which disgusts him. Nevertheless, as Byakuya becomes captivated and aroused by Nishino during their sexual encounters, Nishino's feelings towards him begin to change from repulsion to desire.
