Synopsis: Kongou Banchou

Shiritsu Raimei High School welcomes Akira Kongou, famously named the "Diamond Delinquent." Despite denying his affiliation as a banchou or gang leader in Japan, Akira rises to prominence within the school's gang and ultimately becomes its head. This results in Akira engaging in playground battles against the bullies and punks from twenty-three neighboring schools.
