Synopsis: Kono JK, Nakami wa Doutei Yankee desu

One day, Naoya, the strongest high school delinquent in Kanto, missteps on the stairs of a pedestrian bridge and collides with Kana, the girl who was standing in front of him. Somehow, Kana's soul enters the body of Naoya, a fierce delinquent, while Naoya's soul enters the body of Kana, a plain-looking girl! Naoya was hoping to enjoy the feeling a girl's body, but when he finally takes off her clothes, he finds that Kana's body is covered with wounds and scars, and it bothers him so much that he couldn't do anything. When Naoya goes to school as Kana, he is violently attacked in the bathroom by bullies targeting Kana.
