Black cats are messengers of the gods who protect us from scary things and disasters that occur at night. That's why they are said to have mysterious powers. At Negoya, a cafe run by mystery writer Tomoe Mitsuki, there are three black cats named Manpuku, Tenpuku, and Donpuku. People who are depressed, people who are sad, and people who are likely to be involved in incidents come to Nekoya every day and borrow black cats to help them solve their problems...!
