Synopsis: Last Hundred Days Till She Dies

Tarou Tsudahayashi has had a soft spot for Umi Kanzaki, his childhood friend, since their early school years. He has expressed his affection for her on numerous occasions, but her responses have varied from simply changing the subject to completely misunderstanding his intentions in middle school. However, things take a turn in high school when Umi finally reciprocates Tarou's feelings. Unfortunately, Tarou soon realizes that Umi has less than a hundred days left to live. Tarou has always had the ability to see the remaining lifespan of creatures on this earth, but he has never been able to change it - until now. He discovers that every time Umi's heart skips a beat, her lifespan increases. Kimi ga Shinu made Ato 100-nichi follows Tarou and Umi's journey as they strive to extend her life while discovering the true meaning of love.
