Synopsis: Love Oriented Student Council

The President desires to permit romantic relationships among students in school. However, the school counselor insists that he demonstrate that the practice is secure for the pupils to engage in. As a solution, he and the Vice President decide to go out together. Unfortunately, neither of them are comfortable with physical intimacy, and the counselor desires confirmation that they are truly going out.
