Synopsis: Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi

Sasshi is grappling with turmoil as his beloved comrade Arumi prepares to depart, while his locality in Osaka is being razed for the sake of urban regeneration. But beneath the concrete lies a hidden treasure trove. This little community serves as a gateway to alternate realities, and when it is bulldozed, the gateway is flung wide apart. Sasshi and Arumi find themselves hurtling from one bizarre realm to the next. The cherry on top of their bewildering adventures is that these worlds appear to lampoon and satirize popular films, video games, manga and anime!
