Synopsis: Mahoromi: Jikuu Kenchiku Genshitan

Niwa, an architecture undergraduate, is moving into his late grandfather's ancestral home. Though their relationship was not particularly close, Niwa is drawn to the conveniently located house which was designed by his grandfather. However, the atmosphere of the residence causes Niwa to feel ill at ease, and whilst exploring he stumbles upon a mysterious portrait of a girl who isn't his grandmother. Later on, Niwa joins his friend Akira on a visit to document drawings of an old house scheduled for demolition. Whilst wandering around the deserted structure, Niwa encounters some eerie and inexplicable happenings. Akira suggests that these could be remnants of the house's spirit, but is there a more profound mystery underlying Niwa's eerie experiences?
