Synopsis: Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei - Kyuukousen-hen

The 2nd arc of Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei is adapted into a manga. Nine magic high schools are affiliated with the National University of Magic, and due to limitations, they train their students intensely while trying to increase their pool of instructors. To fuel the students' aspirations, competitions are held between the nine schools, with the largest being the Nine Schools Competition in the summer, a nationwide magic tournament. Magic high school students from across the country participate in hopes of gaining recognition and telling their story of frustration and glory. The tournament attracts a large crowd, including government officials, businesses, overseas companies, researchers, and scouts, making it the perfect stage for these students to showcase their skills. As the event draws near, anticipation rises once again.
