Synopsis: Maybe Akira-kun, Maybe Akira-chan

Becoming fixated on the idea that one should experience true love during college, Kazuma comes across an exceptionally gorgeous girl who nurses him back to health after a physical assault. Grateful for her kindness, Kazuma embarks on a quest to locate his benefactor and show gratitude. However, despite scouring every inch of the campus, he is left perplexed as to whether the person he finds is a man or a woman. The resulting confusion is simply too much to handle.
