Synopsis: Mikako-san (Colored)

In the days ahead, Mikako Ichimura confronts numerous uncertainties about both love and her future. Despite this, she is cognizant of the fleeting nature of her remaining high school days and thus resolves to cherish every moment. Such a moment arrives when an eccentric classmate, Midorikawa, who has a fondness for red pencils and now sits beside her, enters her life. At first, Mikako pays him little attention. However, after discovering their mutual love for a band, their relationship begins to subtly but significantly transform. Through gentle prose, the author beautifully captures a day in the life of a 17-year-old girl.
