Synopsis: Mirai Is My Lover

Since their childhood, Hibiya Kimita and Shin Mirai have been close friends and neighbors. When Mirai decides to go out with an upperclassman despite his lack of experience with same-sex relationships, Hibiya finds it mildly amusing. Nonetheless, Hibiya believes that Mirai's straightforwardness will make him happiest when pleasing others, so he sees no problem in supporting his friend's new relationship. As time passes, Hibiya's opinions about Mirai's love life evolve as Mirai continues to date men who confess their love to him. Initially, Hibiya has misgivings about the intentions of these strangers, but he gradually realizes that Mirai's perspective, though different from his own, is just as valuable. Ultimately, Hibiya comes to appreciate the validity of Mirai's outlook.
